AEON Thailand Foundation gives wheelchairs for the elderly and air mattresses for bed-bound patients to the Fund Raising Bureau of the Thai Red Cross Society

Ms. Suporn Wattanavekin (second from right), Chairperson of AEON Thailand Foundation gave 70 wheelchairs for the elderly and 44 air mattresses for bed-bound patients worth 399,970 baht in total to the Fund Raising Bureau of Thai Red Cross Society. The purpose of this is aiming to empower the work of the Thai Red Cross Society in providing services with good medical supplies and facilities. The donation was accepted by Mr. Khan Prachuabmoh (second from left), Director of Fundraising Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society. This is another charitable opportunity the foundation has been demonstrating its commitment to giving a better quality of living for Thai society, especially in terms of inclusive and equivalent accessibility to health and well-being. This is in line with the UN’s SDG goals of ensuring and promoting the well-being of people of all ages, as well as the right to equal access to quality healthcare services.
